Drafting My Technical Document
After trying to input my document into a form for blogger, I decided it would be best for me to open a Microsoft Word Document from my gmail. My first draft is missing some major sections currently, but I think I have a good start. More importantly, I know where to go from here!

Your document looks like it's a good start. I would recommend that you increase the number of levels of outlining. As well as increasing the detail in each of the section. Move info that may only need to be used occasionally into an appendix.
I also thought your document was headed in the right direction. For clarity purposes, I would add corresponding page numbers within the document and make the headings match (table of contents and actual document).
